Hi There!
During these turbulent times, many of us start to look for new sources of income in an attempt to protect our families from the global economic downturn. We may just want to earn a few hundred extra dollars, pounds, euros or whatever currency you use, or we may want to replace an entire income or worse, two entire incomes.
Which ever is the case for you, BE CAREFUL!!
In the past we would have scoured the national and local papers to try to find obscure income opportunities. Now we mostly turn to the Internet.
This is great news for those companies looking to expand into the global market, but it is also good news for the con men and scammers, allowing them to reach a wider audience too.
Believe me, you do not want to get scammed! it hits your self belief, makes you feel worthless. I lost £200 in a little under an hour on a gambling scam. "Follow our System...", "You are guaranteed to make money..." Yeah! Right! I felt sick and pathetic. You know you have been had, but part of you refuses to accept it, you don't want it to be true - but it is!
Now, at the time, £200 was a lot of money for me (more than I could afford to lose)but it didn't leave me unable to pay any bills and I know that people out there now are hurting that bad so PLEASE read on.
You can not guarantee always spotting a scam, but you can reduce your risk of being scammed by observing some simple rules:
1. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.
2. Does the maths add up? By that I mean if you are being paid more money than is going into the system then it will fail - (this may not be a scam as such just a non sustainable system). You may get some payouts before the system collapses and you may not, be aware that this WILL happen.
3. Whilst you are researching online businesses, keep your credit cards locked up in a different room. The adverts are designed to invoke an emotional response in you so that you spend your money and they are very good - Advertisers pay tens of thousands of dollars on Advertising Copy.
4.Do not give out personal or banking details to people or companies that you do not know. Most reputable companies will either pay by cheque (they will require your address) or through Pay Pal or other online payment systems. (If you do not know, Pay pal is operated by EBay and is one of the most trusted payment schemes on the Internet. It is free to open an account and it is just like a bank online. You need only ever give out the email address that you used to create your account, never give out your password!)
It is in our nature as people to want instant gratification. We want a system that costs next to nothing, can be set up in no more than half an hour and once loaded and launched starts raking money in hand over fist with no further input from ourselves so that all we need to do is cash the cheques and spend the money.
Everybody wishes that that system existed. If it did none of us would ever have to work and we would all be millionaires. So what does that tell you?...It doesn't exist! That is the "Too good to be true" blueprint you need to watch out for.
Having said all of that above, it is possible to earn a living online running your own business. You have to treat it the same as if it were a bricks and mortar business. You have to consistently work at it but being online it is possible to automate some things so that it will make money for you 24/7. It WILL NOT HAPPEN OVER NIGHT! you will not wake up tomorrow a millionaire! It will Take Time but you may get there!
This is the point where I, as an Internet marketer, should try to sell you my plan or my business model. The links lower down, should you follow them, may earn me some money or may, if you join any of the systems, put you in one of my teams where I may earn commission from you. Hey! I can't help it, I was brought up to be honest.
My tips for helping you to pick a genuine online business are as follows:
1. research how long the company has been around - Scams don't last for more than five years usually- but don't discount all new systems just because they are new.
2.If any of the "Big Guns" in the world of Internet marketing are backing it then it's probably good.
3. From my own experience, if it is a product by any of these people it is good. Ewen Chia, Mike Filsaime, Frank Kern, Tellman or Stone Evans or anyone that more than one of these recommends.
4. If you know some one else who is using it and they recommend it, so long as you trust them, it is probably OK.
5. Finally any system that lets you join for free and use it is probably OK. it is hard to hide a scam when you can test a system inside and out without wasting any of your hard earned cash.
If this is your first foray into the world of online business then you really need a system that includes as much training as possible to because there are many parts to this industry.
For me, That makes the choice simple, This company has been around for more than a decade, it is free to join and if you work at it you can earn realy big money (six figures) in about three years. At least two of the "Big Guns" are using it and it works for me! The Company is called Strong Future International but is known online as SFI, Click Here to learn more. Or if you just want to browse their Flagship Marketplace and combined "Garage Sale" you can follow THIS LINK and I will even throw in a FREE CREDIT for you so you can list an item to sell if you want to!
Hope this Blog helps you..
Cheers
Neil
